DefenceIndia is inundated with calls/emails and faxes every day. We are overwhelmed and thankful for the support, trust and confidence reposed in our team and efforts.

Though we try to address every single query/request for information, but it does become a big exercise and many people have to wait or their query is not resolved in the desired time.

We have set up a Query Address System and a small team has been set up that will:

1. Assist students with answers on the defence forces as a career.
2. Site Visitors with News Updates.
3. Researchers with the relevant information.
4. Companies with the desired information.
5. Any specific query.

Users can derive the information in three ways:

1. For general queries that are in public domain, users are requested to send us a self addressed & stamped envelope with their query neatly written.
   1. All queries will be archived.
2. All emails sent to us, are routinely forwarded to the relevant defence office for address, and the answer received shall be sent back to the visitor, but in the event that detailed information is required:
   • Users can Purchase the following from DefenceIndia:
     • A directory of Public Domain Companies engaged in manufacturing products and services relevant to the defence like Ammunition/Items of general relevance etc. (stars at Rs. 150)
     • A directory of PUBLIC domain information on the defence & allied forces. (starts at Rs 150)
     • Information sheets on specific topics like, "Joining the forces, Information on specific topics". (an adaptation of public domain information and starts at Rs 150)
     • Archives of news, sector monitors (monthly) on defence. (starts at Rs. 150)
   • Subscribe to DefenceIndia print subscription for telephonic query address, wherever and whenever possible, for a Year's tenure.(Rs. 80). Only annual subscribers will get a TIN, Telephone Identification Number.
   • We regret the discontinuation of our open-query addressal policy, but it is not possible, due to operative issues.
