Under International Competitive Bidding , The General Manager , Ordnance Factory , on behalf of President of India invites application in sealed envelope pertaining to supply of CNC 3D-CD Ordinate Measuring Machine from Original Manufacturer of Similar machine. At the time of application for issue of tender documents, the applicant must submit the list of customers to whom the similar M/c supplied by them during last 5 years with latest signed performance report of machine and technical catalogue of similar m/c under manufacturing range of the manufacturer to consider their application for issuing tender documents to them.

4. Cost of Tender Documents : Demand Draft of Rs 200.00 only.
   

A. Applicants must forward / enclose the following documents alongwith application against aforesaid bid document no. for pre-qualification for issue of subject M/C tender documents.

1. Complete Address , Fax no & Email address of the Original Manufacturer / Principal , where documents are to be forwarded.
2. Demand Draft of Indian Rupees 200.00 in favour of General Manager , Ordnance Factory , from any nationalised / Foreign Bank payable at Jabalpur , India . Fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable.
3. Bidders Experience :
   1. Detailed Statement of Similar CMC #D0CM M/c. Build and supplied by manufacturer , name and address of customers and supply order no & date of supply thereof. In case the capacity of bidders has been assessed by a National / International Agency , the same also be submitted.
   2. Catalogues/Brouchers of CNC 3D Co-ordinate measuring M/c under manufacturing range of the firm
   3. Machine performance report signed by user to whom machine was supplied by the manufacturer.
   4. Bidders should have requisite facilities for manufacturing / testing and shop inspection as per International / National Standard
4. Request Letter : Since as per procedure in vogue tender will be issued to only original manufacturers and not to any agent. Hence manufacturer should forward an application requesting OFK to issue said tender documents in their name only alongwith documents mentioned at 'A' Sl.No 1,2,3 (I,II,III,IV) to consider their application for issuing tender documents , so that tender documents can be directly issued to original manufacturer.
   A. Important Note :
   1. Application without above mentioned documents will not be considered to issue tender documents and no further correspondence will be made for the said documents.
   2. The applicants who have earlier applied for the subject M/c. are also required toe submit a fresh application alongwith all requisite documents as stated above with out bid document fee stating only the particulars cheque / DD forwarded with the earlier application.
   3. Last date for receipt of application alongwith all documents all documents stated at (A) is 30.04.2002
   4. Detailed technical specifications of M/C alongwith tender documents will be issued to only qualified firms mentioning the opening date.
   5. Ordnance factory Khamaria is not responsible for non receipt / loss of application.
   6. General Manager , Ordnance Factory , Khamaria reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
