Tender Details : Sealed Tenders are invited on behalf of the President of India by the Director, Solid State Physics Laboratory Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi 110054 (India).

However, Director, SPL reserves the right for non-issue of tender documents In the cases where proper proof is not submitted.

The Director, SPL has no responsibility for delay or non-receipt of tender documents sent by post and offers received late shall be rejected. Telex / Telegram/Fax/Email offers will not be accepted. The Director SSPL reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason therefore

How to apply : The Bids will be submitted in two Bid Pattern i.e "Techno-Commercial Bid" and "Price Bid". Both the Envelopes should be superscribed with necessary details and marked clearly as " Techno-Commercial Bid " and"Price-Bid". Two Envelopes should then be sealed inside a single envelope which be duly superscribed, bid not received accordingly will be rejected.

Tender Documents with detailed Specification of the item and terms and conditions can be obtained by the Manufacturers / suppliers fro this office against a written request from The Director Solid State Physics Laboratory, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, New Delhi - 110054 (India)

Accredited Representatives of Foreign Bidders are also permitted to obtain the tender documents on behalf of the foreign bidder. Tender Document can also be collected from High Commission / Embassy of India in London, Paris , and Tokyo. The Tenders who intend to participate shall meet the following requirements and only those tenderers who meet the the following requirement shall be pre-qualified for this tender .

The Bidders must have supplied atleast two equipments, either of same or of similar specifications, in the recent past, Necessary Documentary evidence in form of Order Copy and Commissioning Certificate from the elient should be provided while requesting for Tender Documents, In Case it is not possible to supply copies of purchase order / Commissioning Certificate from the elient, the full details of the Institute / Laboratories / Companies to whom eht similar equipment has been suppllied may be provided alongwith details of their address etc.

Techno Commercial Part of the Tender will be opened in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorised representatives.

Involvement of any Indian Agent is not allowed any no Agency Commission will be payable

Miscellaneous :
1) The tenders received without earnest money shall be rejected.

2) Tenders received late, not in properly sealed cover, received telegraphically & Conditional or not conforming with the above conditions or not complete in all respects will be rejected.

Issuer reserves the right to reject all or any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. Tender documents are non transferable.

3) If there happens to be a holiday on any of the below mentioned dates, the transaction will be made on the next working day. Issue of tender document does not mean that such manufacturers are considered qualified.

4) The Issuer reserves the right to alter the qualifying requirements.

5) Fee for tender documents is neither transferable nor refundable.

6) The detail of item of work drawing specfication etc. can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day.

7) The Department shall not be held responsible for loss and non-receipt of tender by post.
