Factory, Kanpur invites sealed tenders in two part bid system
viz
(I) Technical Bid - indicating payment
termsand other specific commercial terms etc.
(II) Financial Bid - (basics cost, duties, P&F charges,
spares cost, commissioning charges etc.) in a separate sealed
envelope conspicuously marked on top covers as "Technical
Bid" and then placed duplicate together in an another
envelope for the following item on behalf of President of
India for supply of:

Tender forms will be issued to Hydraulic Access
Platform Truck manufacturer/ authorized representative of
Hydraulic Access Platform truck manufacturers firms only.
Interested firms are required to submit valid certificate
of authorization from manufacturer alongwith application for
tender from. In absence of this, application for issue of
tenders will not be considered.
EARNEST MONEY: The
Earnest Money as mentioned above should be enclosed in the
from of Demand Draft/Deposit-at-Call in favor of the General
Manager, Ordnance Equipment Factory, Kanpur, failing which
the offer is liable to be ignored without any further reference.
Please note that cheque will not be acceptable against earnest
Money.
Tender should reach this office by
12.30 Hrs. on 29.03.2002. Prescribed
Tender ( Not-transferable) with detailed Tender specification
is obtainable from the office of the General Manager, Ordnance
equipment Factory, Kanpur-20801 between 14.00 Hrs. and 16
Hrs. on any working day expect Saturday on payment of Rs.
50.00 each tender ( not refundable) in I.P.O./D.D quoting
Tender No., Name & address of the remitter. Please note
that cheque will not be acceptable.
