1. Earnest money in the form of
FDR in favor of the General Manager, Ordnance Equipment
factory, Hazratpur, valid for 6 months from the date
of opening must be submitted along with tender documents
(Technical Bid) @ 2% of the quoted price. No tender
will be considered without earnest money. If the bidder
seeks exemption must be enclosed with the tender for
perusal and decision.
2. Tender documents can either
be obtained by post at Vendor's risk or it can be collected
by Vendor or his authorized representative directly
(with proper authority letter of the Vendor) by furnishing
Crossed bank Draft/ Postal Order of above value in favor
of the General Manager, OEF, Hazratpur, Distt. Firozabad,
payable at Firozabad, along with the application. It
is to be noted that the offer has to be in two bids
system as detailed in formal tender. The firm should
clearly mention the TE No. for which tender forms are
required as the advertisement is for two tenders.
3. Further terms and conditions,
detailed specification are furnished in tenders forms.
4. Tender documents (Technical
& Financial) should be submitted in separate sealed
envelopes.
5. GM/OEFH, Distt. Firozabad
reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders
at his discretion without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
