TENDER NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION

Sealed Tenders are invited from the primary manufacturers in two bid systems by the Office of DGAFMS, Min of Defence for and on behalf of the President of India for the supply of under mentioned Medical items on Annual Contract basis for a period of one year/Adhoc Procurement

1. The firm meeting the following criteria are only eligible and requisite & documents in support will be furnished with tender set and the request letter :-

(a) Valid DGQA Registration for the items concerned.
OR
(b) Holding valid WHO GMP Certificate issued by State/Central authorities with annual turn over of more than Rs. 20 Crores per year consecutively for the last three years (to authenticate more than 20 crores annual turnover, last three years statement of accounts duly audited and certified by Chartered Accountant will be required with request letter for tender and tender set.

(c) Patent holder/original inventor of molecule.

2. Complete Tender forms are obtainable on any working day between 2.30P.M to 4.30 P.M. from the reception office of L & M Block of DGAFMS, New Delhi-110011 on payment of the cost of tender (Non- refundable) in the shape of latest Demand Draft in favour of PCDA `G' Block, New Delhi-110011 with the validity of minimum of six months. No tender will be sold after the last date of receipt of tenders as mentioned in Column 5 above nor any tender will be sold on holiday Saturdays & Sundays.

3. Following documents will also be submitted with request letter for purchase of tender failing which tender set will not be issued: -

(a) Latest sales tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid Manufacturing Drug License and capacity certificate.
(c) Certificate regarding position of testing equipment - IR and HPLC.

(d) Non-Conviction Certificate.

4. The documents at Para 1 & 3 will also be attached with technical tender set also. All the documents attached should be notarized. In case the requisite documents are not attached, the offer will be ignored.

5. The firms which have supplied any Defective/substandard drug in the preceding three years will not be issued with tender documents for the same item. In case more than one items of a firm has been found to be defective, tender request for the relevant generic group i.e Tablets, Capsules, Syrups, Injection etc will not be considered. In case of 3rd rejection tender request for any of the items will not be considered.

6. Tenderer should specify their full postal address, telephone and fax numbers clearly in block letter in all correspondence.

7. Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed forms in two separate covers. Cover `A' will contain documents mentioned in para 1 & 3 alongwith technical details, specification & packing details. Cover `B' will contain only price giving full breakdown of prices separately i.e. Basic cost, ED, ST, CD. If any, etc clearly mentioning quantum of Govt levies applicable.

8. Tenderer will be required to comply with the details given in the tender set, Tender found incomplete in any respect will be ignored. Also the purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders/tender request without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

9. If the tender opening date falls on a holiday then the same will be opened on the next tender opening day.
